What we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver the service:

  • Child (family contact) details: name, email, phone
  • Parent details: name, phone, and optional email
  • Call notes and summaries when the service is used
  • Payment confirmation status (e.g. that a payment was completed)—we do not collect or store card numbers or full payment credentials

What we do not collect

We do not collect:

  • Banking credentials or full card details
  • OTPs or one-time codes (except where required for payment flows, which are handled by the payment provider)
  • Sensitive medical records

How we use your data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Deliver the support service (calls, coordination, notes)
  • Share updates with registered family members as agreed
  • Improve service quality internally (e.g. training, process improvement)

Confidentiality

We treat all conversations as private. We do not share personal information externally. Access to data is restricted to authorized team members who need it to provide the service.

Recording and notes

Calls are summarized in notes for the family. Recordings are made only if explicitly enabled and agreed. Notes are visible only to authorized family members linked to the account.

Data storage and security

We follow reasonable security practices to protect your data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security; we cannot guarantee that data will never be accessed, disclosed, or altered by breach or failure.
