Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. They explain what SupportMyParents offers and what we do not.
What we provide
SupportMyParents is a human-support service. We provide:
- Regular well-being check-in calls
- Basic coordination assistance
- Information sharing with registered family members
Best-effort service
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee outcomes, resolutions, or results from any interaction. We aim to be helpful and consistent, but we cannot promise specific results.
What we are not
SupportMyParents does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency services.
- We are not a replacement for healthcare providers, emergency services, or professional advisors.
- In emergencies, you must contact local emergency services directly.
Emotional and practical limits
Conversations may involve emotional topics. SupportMyParents is not responsible for any emotional distress, misunderstandings, or financial consequences arising from conversations or actions taken by parents or family members. You and your family remain responsible for your own decisions and how you use the information we share.
Third-party assistance
Any assistance involving third parties (e.g. vendors, services, delivery platforms) is coordinative only. We are not responsible for their actions, pricing, or service quality. We do not endorse or control third-party services.
Subscription and payment
- Services may be free, paid, or pay later depending on the plan you choose.
- Payments, if applicable, are non-refundable after the cooling-off period.
- You may cancel at any time, but past services remain chargeable.
Notes and summaries
Notes and summaries we provide are informational only. Final decisions always remain with the family. We do not advise you on what to do; we share what was discussed so you can decide.
Self-registration
Individuals may register themselves voluntarily. Self-registered users receive the same service scope as those registered by a family member. SupportMyParents does not require family involvement unless you choose to include it (for example, by adding a family contact to receive notes).
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in a manner that supports a fair and consistent interpretation. We aim to resolve any disputes in good faith.
SupportMyParents is a service operated by Tabalt LLP.
